VP of Customer Success
As the VP of Customer Success at Tray, you will inspire and delight our fast-growing customer base at some of the most exciting companies in the world. We are at the forefront of a huge shift in how people work; our platform empowers individuals and teams to bring automation into their day-to-day jobs with incredible results.
You will help to empower and advocate our customers as they grow on the Tray platform, from initial post-sale onboarding, support, on-going value discovery, and renewal. We are passionate about the value and skill set we bring our users and are looking for someone who shares our ethos in delighting customers as an utmost priority.
- Architecting the growth of our customer success organization. Building on the foundation of our (awesome) existing team, hiring new teammates and defining the playbook, vision, and roadmap for scale.
- Operational stewardship, defining and owning the key metrics that define our customer happiness and performance of our team.
- Contribute to a high customer retention rate, by working with our data science, product and sales teams to identify risks and proactively reduce potential churn.
- Drive new revenue growth through expansion and cross-sell activities. Institute a playbook and protocol for the customer journey.
- Champion our customers needs internally, ensuring we continue to prioritize functionality, content, and support that tackles out customers essential requirements.
