Mission

As the VP of Customer Success at Tray, you will inspire and delight our fast-growing customer base at some of the most exciting companies in the world. We are at the forefront of a huge shift in how people work; our platform empowers individuals and teams to bring automation into their day-to-day jobs with incredible results.


You will help to empower and advocate our customers as they grow on the Tray platform, from initial post-sale onboarding, support, on-going value discovery, and renewal. We are passionate about the value and skill set we bring our users and are looking for someone who shares our ethos in delighting customers as an utmost priority.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience successfully implementing a vision for customer success, with a track record for excellent execution and measurable results.
  • A player-coach mentality, with experience building and nurturing a strong customer success org.
  • Operational experience defining and reporting KPIs, working closely with internal leaders and managing budgets
