As a Pre-Sales Engineer at tray, you will have experience in building and / or scoping software integrations. You will have deep domain expertise across a number of different tools to help solve complex business challenges.

You should be creative and have a deep passion for solving customer problems with software integrations.

You will play a vital part in closing new business at tray. You will be part of the sales process right from early customer meetings to deal closing and handover to the Customer Success team.

Equipped with the knowledge about what it takes for opportunities to close, you’ll provide quantitative and qualitative feedback to the product and operations teams to improve the tray experience.
