YOUR MISSION

As a customer marketing associate at Tray.io, you will develop a thriving customer community that enjoys participating in customer programs and receives significant value from doing so. You are adept at developing quality relationships and understanding our customers’ interests. Scaling marketing programs through the smart use of data (and leveraging the Tray Platform to automate processes) is your super-power. Your customer proof work fuels a key ingredient in the growth story of Tray.io...customer success.

OWNERSHIP

  • Help marketing, sales, success, and support teams meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives
  • Create the customer and advocate community and Tray User Group from scratch
  • Develop the value proposition for customers to participate in customer programs
  • Manage the processes to detect happy customers and incent them to join
  • Own, manage and scale customer references for customer success stories, win announcements, event speaking, sales reference calls, analyst and press inquiries, product feedback and other marketing, sales, and product team initiatives
  • Navigate the approval process of customers to participate in external marketing programs
  • Execute customer marketing campaigns in concert with integrated marketing and creative teams
  • Manage a growing library of customer success stories


EXPERIENCE DESIRED

  • 2-4 years experience in customer marketing for a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Strong passion for serving and understanding customers
  • Adept with cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical skills to fuel smart decisions on how to scale customer programs
  • Experience creating marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and advocacy
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on communication, business, and marketing
